Korn Ferry has partnered with a long-time client in their search for a Senior Finance Manager to propel its finance function into the next phase of growth.
This position will oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning efforts while leading strategic initiatives across the entire finance function.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's planning processes to achieve the overall strategy
- Lead the annual financial planning/budgeting process, including long-range three-statement financial model and establishing key metrics that tie back to financial goals
- Collaborate to align business, operational, and financial planning and assist with trade-offs to achieve ultimate company objectives and ROI
- Work to provide deeper insights that will help the business make smarter decisions and guide to financial and operational targets
- Continue to enhance financial systems and business processes for continued efficiency within the finance team to provide further visibility/value to the business
- Ownership and innovation of the total company forecasting model, including consolidations, cash flow, scenario planning, reporting, variance analyses, etc.
- Lead the preparation of materials for board meetings and other presentation support
- Implement process improvements across the organization for operations to run smoothly and with greater efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and develop of team of direct reports
Skills Needed:
- Strong technical and analytical skills, able to effectively work and communicate in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic negotiator, conflict resolution, customer service oriented
- Expert in MS Excel, can analyze data and tell a story
- Advanced modeling skills utilizing, Excel, Power BI, or other financial planning tools
Educational & Work Requirements:
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, or business - MBA a plus
- 8+ years’ experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years running FP&A with increasing responsibilities (including Corporate FP&A) and proven track record of driving change
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 + 15% Bonus
